Local chief executives and municipal administrators all over the Kazakhstan regions have gone through probationary testing of Kazakh language level assessment
On 15 January of 2013 National testing center under the supervision of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has taken test of Kazakh language level assessment by KAZTEST system among the local chief executives and municipal administrators all over the Kazakhstan regions.
197 high profile-government officials have taken part in the probationary testing. Measurement has arranged in order to realize the tasks of the State Program of developing and using languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 years.
Probationary testing have been maintained by Auding, Reading, Lexical-grammar structure according to the level requirements of Kazakh language knowledge and international language assessment. 150 test items have offered to the test takers, from amongst 30 are items of Auding, 70 items are of Lexical-grammar structure and 50 items are of Reading.
Test items of KAZTEST are formed according to the standards identifying communicative competence of the Kazakh language knowledge ST RK 1926-2009, ST RK 1928-2009, ST RK 1929-2009, ST RK 1925-2009, ST RK 1927-2009 and Kazakh language level assessment state service is rendered on the ground of ordinance №1119 «State standard of rendering state service on Kazakh language level assessment» from 31 August of 2012 accepted by the Government of the Republic of the Kazakhstan.
