Theme: Testing the applicants of international scholarship of President of Republic of Kazakhstan «Bolashak» on KAZTEST system.
On 21 June of current year «National testing center» of Ministry of education and science of Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC «Center of international programs» concluded a treaty about rendering of testing services to the applicants of international scholarship of President of Republic of Kazakhstan «Bolashak» assessing the Kazakh language level on KAZTEST system.
According to the shortlisting rules of international scholarship confirment of President of Republic of Kazakhstan «Bolashak» applicants are to prove the language acquisition in accordance with minimal requrements to state language (Enactment №573 from 11 June of Government of Republic of Kazakhstan). From 2008 kazakh language level assessment of applicants of international scholarship «Bolashak» is performed on KAZTEST sysem.
From June 4 till June 25 of current year on KAZTEST system have tested 510 applicants.
Kazakh language level assessment is evaluated on speech activity types (auding, lixis-grammar structure, reading) according to the state standards ST RK 1926-2009, ST RK 1928-2009, ST RK 1929-2009, ST RK 1925-2009, ST RK 1927-2009.
