Teaching aids for preparation to the KAZTEST exams – Kazakh language proficiency level assessment with the means of testing
On the order by Committee on Languages of the Ministry of Culture Republic of Kazakhstan developed and published teaching aids on the five levels of Kazakh language proficiency – elementary level A1, basic level A2, intermediate level B1, upper intermediate level B2, advanced level C1.
Teaching aids on the five levels of Kazakh language proficiency recommended for preparation to the exams on Kazakh language knowledge level assessment.
For the effective preparation is given short characteristics of each speech activities, pretests for evaluation of their level of Kazakh language, with the aim of forming speech skills is given detailed analyzes on each level decent number of tests, in which the proposed methods for determining the correct answer, for consolidation of speech skills proposed final test, training exersises and nessessary information for references for definite levels, keys for correct answers, transcriptions for audio recordings, self-checking materials are given in the Appendix. To teaching aids appended CD-disks with audio recordings of texts according to the levels of Kazakh language proficiency on Listening and Writing.
